Our Beginnings... About 25 years ago Conrad Jones, Leon Whittington, and Edgar Jackson started playing golf together. After finishing a round of golf one Saturday afternoon, they decided that Saturday would be their official golf day. Marking the beginning of something new, they decided to invite others to come and play with them, thus forming what is now known as The JWJ Travelers Golf Club. JWJ represents the last name of each of the founding members and the word Travelers is used to best describe the fact that the Travelers don't limit themselves to just playing in Minnesota. They play courses throughout the Midwest i.e. Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Nebraska and then take an annual trip at the beginning of each year to a warmer climate to kickoff the golf season.
